2022 Spring Scientific Session

NEW FORMAT and TIME: There will be an evening reception during the Dental Hygiene Show on Friday, April 29 from 5:15 pm - 7:15 pm. The event will feature light hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and prizes.
SHOW DETAILS: The registration fee includes one 6 ft. table (table top exhibits only, no pipe and drape), two chairs, and electricity (equipment needs only please, no signs).
Space is limited; reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
We are anticipating our attendance to exceed 200 registered dental hygienists. You may begin setting up in the exhibit area at 1:00 pm.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Reserve your guest room at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump. Group discounted rate is $149 per night (plus applicable taxes). Group rates are valid until 5pm, Thursday, April 7, 2022 or until the group block is sold out.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservation cancellations must be received by Hotel at least 72 Hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night’s Room and Tax.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
